The Oakville Campus of Liaison College of Culinary Arts offers several Recreational Cooking Programs to suit people from all walks of life. Learn to cook like a pro with our interactive cooking classes.
Recreational Cooking Classes Spring/Summer 2008
Our recreational classes do not require any previous experience, we just ask that you have a Passion for Food and like to have fun and meet new people!
You can sign up for as many or as few classes as you like. Our classes are all less then 12 participates and are all hands on. You will get to enjoy whatever creation you make. So bring a friend and come hungry! Bon Appetit!

The Next Steps

The perfect follow up to “Back to Basics”. What every amateur chef should know: fresh pasta making (May 21), advanced breakfast cookery (May 28), yeast breads (June 4). An excellent add-on to culinary basics or a must do for the gourmand who loves to dazzle and entertain.

Booking Information
All of our classes are taught at our Oakville Campus location. All of our classes begin at 6pm and finish at 10pm unless otherwise stated. Our largest class is 12 students, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Most classes are $75.00 with a book of 3 classes for $200.00. Our classes are non-refundable, however if you are unable to attend a class that you are registered for, just give us 24 hours notice and you will be issued a credit for a future class.

Cooking classes make great gifts, you can purchase our certificates and the recipient can choose the class they attend.
